HowTo - Claim free Adobe license from campus

Adobe licensing is free to staff at the University of Illinois. However, we must manually claim a license. The below steps work for both first time activation and renewal:

1. Open internet browser
2. Go to the Illinois webstore
3. Click 'Shop Personal Purchases'

 

4. Click "Login: You are a Guest" under "My Account", and log in if it doesn't sign you in automatically

 

5. In the search bar, type "Adobe". The result you'll want to click on will be "Adobe Creative Cloud for University Staff Enterprise Access"
 


 

6. From there, add this to your cart and complete the checkout process.
 
 




 
7. You should be emailed a receipt, letting you know the transaction was successful. Once this is done, you will need to wait about 2 hours for your Adobe license to be activated. After this 2-hour mark, you should be able to sign into Adobe Creative Cloud and access the desired applications.
