What is the process

1. User is Added to a Group

2.RAM Checks if Group has a Listserv or Teams      

3. Group Has Listserv or Teams

3. Group Doesn't have Listserv or Teams

5. User(s) is added to Group 

4. User(s) is added to Group

4. User(s) is sent Confirmation and/or Welcome Email  

5. User(s) are added to associated resources (See Resource Table in TOC) 

6. User(s) is added to associated resources (See Resource Table in TOC) 

6. Process Ends

7. Process Ends


                    

What if I don’t want to send automatic emails?

No Problem!
Just leave Send Welcome blank when adding a user to a group.
User(s) will go through the process above as if Group has no Listserv or Teams
NOTE: See table below to make sure user will get necessary recourses.

Resource Tables

* (Asterisk): Needs Action from end user (See Confirmation Process)
  (checkmark): User will receive resource/action Empty: User will not receive resource/action
UPN: A Microsoft Identifier that allows us to add Guest Users to Teams (see user profile in RAM)
NOTE: With update will also be visible in group profile.
