HowTo - Add additional mailboxes to Classic Outlook app

To add an additional mailbox to your Classic Outlook app, complete the following steps:

1. Open Classic Outlook app
2. Open "File" section in top left corner


3. Click "Account settings" dropdown
4. Select "Account settings" from list



5. Find your email address in box and double click it to open another menu
6. Click "More Settings" button in bottom left corner



7. Open "Advanced" tab



8. Click "Add..." button



9. Type in username of additional mailbox that you want to add (username and addresses of mailboxes are down below in chart)
  1.  Do note: You can add multiple mailboxes to Outlook, but they must be added one at a time. The video below demonstrates this process.
10. Click "OK" button

11. Click "OK" button
  1. When adding multiple mailboxes, it’s normal for Outlook to freeze after clicking this button. This is expected behavior, especially if the mailboxes are large. Just be patient and let Outlook load without closing anything or worrying.


12. After Outlook has finally loaded, the "More Settings" window will disappear. Click "Next" button (it may freeze again, it's okay. it's still loading)



13. Click "Done" button



14. Click "Close" button in bottom right corner



15. Any additional mailboxes you add should appear in the section below your main mailbox (shown below). It may take some time for all the folders in each mailbox to fully load and display their contents, so please be patient if some items are initially missing.
